MATERIALS: You have two material options to choose from for you custom made flag:
200 Denier Nylon - UV Coated with Dupont SolarMax coating. This is the standard outdoor flag material in the United States. Most American Flags and State Flags you see are made of Nylon.
Evertex - A proprietary poly knit flag material that is most common in the rest of the world. A lightweight material that has excellent longevity and fly-ability.
SEWING - All flags are sewn with double needle lock stitching on the top and bottom, with four rows of lock-stitching on the fly end. This provides the strongest finishing possible.
FINISHING - Most outdoor flags are finished with canvas heading and two brass grommets. This will allow you to attach the flag to any flagpole. We also can finish any flag with a pole sleeve that slips over a pole.
SINGLE REVERSE FLAGS read correctly on the front, with a mirror image on the back. These are the most common types of flags and are recommended for better wear, flyability and cost effectiveness. Single reverse custom flags have a 90% penetration rate on the reverse side.
DOUBLE SIDED FLAGS read correctly on both sides. The flags are made by sewing two single flags back-to-back and may have a block-out liner depending on the color of the flags. These flags are heavier and require more wind to to fly.
