All of Ameritex's aluminum flagpoles are manufactured in the United States from new, seamless 6063-T6 aluminum with tensile strength not less than 3,000 psi and a yield point of 25,000 psi.  All of our tapered flagpoles are polished to a deep luster finish creating an elegant sheen.  Other architectural finishes such as clear anodizing, bronze anodizing and powdercoat are also available.  Our flagpoles are produced in the ground mounted or embedded configuration which is the de facto standard in the industry.  In this format, the overall shaft length includes the exposed flagpole shaft height plus approximately 10% additional length that fits into a ground sleeve assembly.  A patented, self aligning internal sleeve is used to join sections of multiple piece shafts.
